We decided that it would be fun to get chickens this year. When we got them they were so cute and little and now they have gotten so big. They are not near as cute but they are still fun. If they think that you have food you had better watch out. Taelie was a peas the other day and it was sticking out of her mouth a little and the chicken came up and pecked it out of her mouth. (They have really good aim so we were okay) They are really entertaining to sit and watch. They eat a lot of spiders and bugs (I have only found one spider this year, yeah!) Our chickens have just started laying eggs and it has been fun for the kids to go out and find the eggs. It is like an easter egg hunt everyday!
